She recently came across a really great site with this really awesome video featuring snippets of Sidney working-out with his strength coach Andy O'Brien (set to the song "Over and Over" from Hot Chip). Complete with shots of him with his cap backwards [drool], that gorgeous smile [swoon], and even his bare abs [blank stare], it's only about 10 seconds long, but BOY - this will melt the panties (taking a favorite Kena phrase of mine!) of any Crosby fan. HELL - I'd be willing to bet my next paycheck that it'll be panty-melting for those of you who aren't fans!! Just watch -

I am so gutted that I cannot enter the competition....
Since I have "inside connections" to this blog, (I love you btw, Stephanie, thanks) I got to see this last night.
I can honestly say, after watching it (undisclosed) number of times, again this morning...
Panty melting!!!!! That's it, the only description that's applicable [and I'm one of those for-the-hockey-only Sid fans]. Or maybe it's just the estrogen short-circuiting my brain, and preventing rational thought???
