THANKS to Melissa C. for sending a link to a preview of the latest issue of Maniac Magazine - DEC / JAN (the magazine of Pittsburgh's young professionals) featuring Max Talbot who is also the cover boy AND Brooks Orpik.This is not only Max's first cover but it's also the first time that an athlete has been on the cover of this magazine in the seven years of it's existence.
To celebrate the release of the magazine and to raise money for charity (some things I read said it was benefitting Talbot's "Gervais-Talbot Charities;" however, it actually benefitted the Red Cross), Max hosted a "Wild" party at Bossa Nova in Pittsburgh on December 14th ... totally missed this one!!! Team mates Jordan Staal and Tyler Kennedy were in attendance to show their support.

My computer shouldn't be functioning right now due to the huge amount of drool that is on it from this post. Don't get me wrong, my love for Max Talbot borders on creepy but I was more intrigued by the brooks pics just because he doesn't seem like the type to agree to something like this. He is so scary looking on the ice that I never realized that he is a good looking guy.
I read the words "Jordan Staal" and "Wild Party", and I instantly forgot what the rest of the post was about. LOL
ummmm yea... I'm not sure I can function for at least an hour. I'm not a huge Max fan, but those pictures were HOT!
I'm going to be completely useless for the rest of the day. I've stared so long at these pictures that they're permanently burned into my brain.
Given Max's manly ability to grow a fierce beard, you'd expect him to be hairier elsewhere, but he surprisingly isn't. If you've seen shirtless pictures or him in shorts... it's unexpected. But that picture of him unbutton the shirt... I know what I'll be dreaming of tonight!
I need to go find some paper towels now.
My lord, he looks pretty good all dressed like that. I'm sitting here at school and I opened it up and my mouth kinda dropped. :)

Justawriter, I had a hard time,too. I could never get to the Brooks stuff. If you follow the link you will see a "go to" button. Type in 16, that's where Brooks' stuff starts. I was able to see all of Max's stuff pretty easily without this trick.

Yes, LeahMarie, there is a tattoo there on Max's arm. All the Talbot kids in his generation (there is 9 of them in total) all have a T tattooed somewhere on their bodies.

Talbot has interesting tastes in sweaters, but I'm sure some of you ladies think they'd look just fine on your bedroom floors. ;-)
